Tomato is a partially free open source Linux-based firmware for several Broadcom-based Wi-Fi routers, including the Linksys WRT54G. The major emphasis of Tomato is on stability, speed and efficiency. It is maintained by Jonathan Zarate, who also developed HyperWRT +tofu.

In general, Tomato and its derivatives are for Broadcom routers. OpenWRT generally has more active development and is a more organized project than DD-WRT, but at the moment the LEDE fork of OpenWRT may be an even better option for a router as new as the WRT3200ACM.

When the windows 10 computer and windows xp computer is configured manually for dns no opendns oops! page but when the computers are set to obtain dns auto and use router for opendns the oops! page appears. I have the opendns servers, all 3, entered in the tomato dns settings.
Worked perfectly with my E2500 V3 (Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-3.5-140 K26 USB Mega-VPN). My stock firmware would lock up every few weeks, so I’m hoping this won’t or at least I can set it to reboot once a week like my router (E2000 with DD-WRT).
