I hv been trying for hours and i cant even turn the wifi on, whenever i click on the wifi icon, it will lead me to network md internet settings, if i click on the physical wifi button on my accer laptop, it will just turn on n off the airplane mode, using fn+f12 has done nothing good to it either, pls kindly hlp me with this, this accer swift 5 is ony half month old, n i really need it to go

The laptop and tv picks up the lower one only which is not good not enough speed to stream, the 2.4 mhz and the Tablet picks up the higher 5mhz. I need all devices to find the 5 GHZ only and they won't find it, in fact the 5 ghz does not show up in the wifi addresses which is my question, how to fix that.
