Please check whether DNS server is reachable from Call Manager by using utils network ping command . Secondly, seeing the error message it looks that Reverse DNS lookup needs to be configured on Windows 2008 Server on which u have installled DNS functionality. Please refer this for reverse DNSlookup configurration.
